Concordia is ready to receive hundreds of visitors this Easter

This municipality becomes a boost to religious tourism that reaches the renowned Pueblo Señorial, in search of this act of faith, which could be attended by more people this year, since the Malpica Stations of the Cross will not take place.

Concordia, Sin.- If you want to be away from the beach environment, and prefer a time of meditation and take advantage of these days of Holy WeekConcordia becomes an alternative to live Holy Week with faith, the traditional Stations of the Cross on Friday from 12:00 noon in the Temple of San Sebastián, located in the municipal seat.

This liturgical act, one of the most anticipated by the people of Concord, marks a tour of the Historic Center to represent with devotion the passion and death of Jesus Christ, which becomes a boost to religious tourism that reaches the renowned Manor Town, in search of this act of faith, which could be attended by more people this year, since the Malpica Stations of the Cross will not take place.

Vicky Paredes, director of Concordia Museums, invited visitors to take advantage of these days to go to the Municipality, which has new attractions such as the Photographic Parador and the decorated alleys.

Visitors can walk the streets, visit the Museum, take photos at the parador, as well as buy handicrafts, pottery pieces, enjoy the local cuisine, sit in the square and cool off with the traditional raspados, while admiring the Church of San Sebastián, Baroque building dating from the 18th century.

Concord with traditions, history, culture and gastronomy are mixed with the good treatment that the citizens who offer their visitors throughout the year, among them, the shipping tourism that from Mazatlan moves south in search of new travel experiences.
