“The biggest problem is that neighbors from other neighborhoods arrive and fill the containers or come and throw bulky bags and when the truck passes, those from the City Council say that the one who takes that garbage is another truck and then the other one just does not pass,” he said. .
Carlos López, said that they have already been reporting a sewer overflowing with sewage for more than a week and Jumapam has simply not responded to the call.
“It is annoying to be smelling the rotten thing all day and more when the temperature rises, the fetid of the sewage comes out and well we have already called the board and they have not attended us,” he said.
