Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – Mazatlan continues to apace in private investment, currently are taken around for 50 tourism projects, including hotels and condominiums, said Guillermo Romero Rodriguez.
The secretary-general of the Mazatlán Chamber of Commerce revealed that despite the pandemic not for investment, even some of these projects will open this year and others in 2022.
I point out that Mazatlán is currently a national reference with its great rebound in the real estate sector since the destination has commerce, tourism, service, industry; and the housing issue is doing very well.
“I believe that Mazatlán is a benchmark at the national level, due to the rebound that it brings in the real estate sector and mainly the tourism sector, there are projects that are going to change the environment of the city,” he said.
Romero Rodríguez pointed out that last weekend was good and positive with a great economic spill, since they had a hotel occupancy of 75%, in addition, that during the next weekends Mazatlán will continue along this line.
