Mazatlán says goodbye to the Majestic Princess and its 2,803 people on board

The cruise line of the Princess Cruises shipping line looked majestic as it left Mazatlán to sail to Puerto Vallarta

Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – After spending just over 10 hours in the Pearl of the Pacific, this Tuesday afternoon the Majestic Princess set sail from Mazatlan with more than 2,800 people on board.

As its name implies, the cruise ship of the Princess Cruises shipping line that is based in Santa Clarita, California, looked majestic with its 330 meters long as it crossed the navigation channel to exit the waters of the Pacific Ocean.

The Majestic Princess arrived in Mazatlán at 7:45 a.m. this Tuesday, with 1,596 passengers and 1,120 crew members on board. Tourists were able to go down to the destination and enjoy the natural beauties and gastronomy of the region.

It was at 6:00 in the afternoon when the cruise ship with its 2,803 occupants onboard, between passengers and crew, began its slow journey through the Mazatlán navigation channel.

Entire families gathered in La Puntilla, at the foot of the Virgin, almost at the exit of the navigation channel, to bid farewell to the Majestic Princess and its occupants and to admire the beauty of the royal-class cruise ship, which with its lighting left beautiful postcards to the Mazatlecos.

This cruise arrived from Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, and is heading to Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
