“There will be continuity in government actions regarding drainage and paving”: Mayor Edgar González

Fundamental issues such as paving, drainage and road works in some rural communities will continue in Mazatlán thanks to the joint work of the municipality and the State, through the efforts that Mayor Edgar González Zatarain is carrying out in the final stretch of his administration.

He assured that thanks to the fact that the State Government with Governor Rubén Rocha Moya at the head will continue for three more years, these actions will continue to be carried out in favor of the Mazatlan population.

“As I tell the people in the colonies, one thing is that the period of the municipal administration concludes and another is that the State Government cannot resolve it or attend to it, because they continue, they have more than three years left so there is continuity in that and through the State Government we are linking the continuity of many of the diverse projects, fundamentally issues of paving, drainage and issues that have to do with some rural communities in terms of roads” he said.

He added that these works are of great importance to the inhabitants and that is why it is important that the actions continue to be carried out despite the change in municipal administration.
