2023Nearly 2,000 cyclists from different parts of the country and abroad gathered at the 13th edition of this event in Mazatlán

Mazatlán.- The adventure began for the cyclists who registered to participate in the Ciclotour 2023 within its 13th edition in the port of Mazatlán.

To the rhythm of Sinaloan music, the riders went out to meet their challenge of 140 or 70 kilometers by touring the Buenos Aires communities, the main avenues of the port and Isla de la Piedra, as part of these routes.

Many took “selfies” at the start, others filled themselves with energy by having a glass of coffee, while some arrived late, but with the attitude of reaching the peloton as it was not a competition event but one of coexistence.

Cyclists from the states of Baja California, Baja Sur, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Querétaro, Coahuila, Durango, Sonora, Sinaloa, as well as the United States and Canada, registered.

Carlos Steck, director of the event, welcomed the participants at the official headquarters located in the Convention Center. Both sports and municipal authorities were present to witness the starting flag that was led by a group of “bikers” to be the guides on this route.

It will take around 6 hours for the two-wheeled adventurers to achieve their objective, where they will meet several syndicates, including El Recodo, La Noria, El Vainillo, Puerta de San Marcos and El Habal.Nearly 2,000 cyclists from different parts of the country and abroad gathered at the 13th edition of this event in Mazatlán
