Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- With 2,500 passengers on board, plus the crew, this Wednesday, September 8, the Panorama tourist cruise of the Carnival shipping line will arrive in Mazatlan, under strict health protocols.

However, due to the damage caused by hurricane “Nora”, on this occasion, the tourist tours or walks through the towns of the rural area of ​​the Municipality were suspended due to the repair of the neighborhood roads and highways, declared Luis Eusebio Terán Tirado.

And the cruise is expected to yield an economic benefit of more than five million pesos for the sun and beach destination, highlighted the Secretary of Economic Development, Tourism, and Fisheries in the Municipality. 

“The cruise so far is confirmed, the Carnival Panorama cruise, is a five thousand passenger cruise and has 2,549 passengers on board, plus 1,200 crew members”

“At 08:30 hours is the arrival and the economic spill left by the cruise is five million pesos, ” he said.

The head of the Sedectur said that the Golden Zone and the so-called “Blue Line” are in perfect condition to receive cruise passengers and the tours offered will only be in the city.
