- Flour tortillas
- 500 grams of chorizo
- 1 1/2 of ground beans
- 1 cup of Oaxaca cheese
- Sliced lettuce
- 3 tablespoons chopped white onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Put the onion in a hot skillet, add a pinch of salt and fry it. When the onion becomes transparent, add the chorizo and let it brown, stirring constantly.
Separately, put the tortillas on the hot comal and leave them for 5-10 seconds on one side so that they heat up before filling them.
Place the tortillas on a surface and begin to fill them to form the northern burritos. To do this, spread a generous tablespoon of ground beans on the entire surface.
Add Oaxaca cheese but only on one side of the tortilla.
Wrap the ingredients with the tortilla forming a sort of big taco, taking care that the edges are sealed so that the filling does not spill out.
Once the northern burritos are closed, place them on the griddle for a moment to brown the tortilla and melt the cheese inside it.
Ready! You can accompany your burrito with a salad on the side, and the drink of your choice.
