Jalisco wants to make an alliance with Sinaloa to increase tourism and business

Both entities have much in common and this can be used, even more, says the head of the Jalisco Sectur

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The State of Jalisco is interested in strengthening ties with the State of Sinaloa to strengthen tourism and business relations, as announced by German Ernesto Ralis Cumplido, secretary of Tourism of Jalisco.

“Sinaloa is already a natural market for us, and obviously what we want is to generate a much stronger alliance that allows us a round-trip highway: that the people of Sinaloa and Mazatlan can do business in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and that we can come to do business here, ”he said.

Therefore, the head of the Sectur said that a “Pacific alliance” could bring encouraging results.

He stressed that there is a high number of Sinaloans living in Guadalajara and that, in addition, there are similarities between the two entities, which can be used.

“I am convinced that Guadalajara can be the great city that can offer many things, in the same way, we are generating that fraternal exchange in order to promote Sinaloa; Mazatlan, in particular, we share many things, we also have a very important brand as ‘sun and beach’ which is Puerto Vallarta that also receives cruises, which also has a close relationship with Mazatlan for that reason, ”he said.

Ralis Cumplido added that some of the things Jalisco has to offer are its many renowned cultural events and concerts, among other things.
