Sinaloa wins with 2020 budget


Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel made a recognition to the deputies and deputies of the different parliamentary factions in the State Congress for the approval of the Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2020, which, he said, was the product of a great job, dialogue and negotiation favoring the benefit of the Sinaloans in structural issues such as health, education, and social development.

On the 2020 budget, which was approved last night at the State Congress, the state president said there was a good dialogue and communication at work tables where all the expressions and suggestions were heard to find a balanced budget with high content looking for the benefit mostly social, as well as addressing the high operating load that is “very heavy”.

“The times are not easy because we depend a lot on federal shares and these are very limited and adjusted compared to 2019, so the challenge for the state is greater.”

In that sense, he reiterated his recognition to the Legislative Power and to the different partisan banks, since with his work there were budgetary reallocations, which are always given as part of more powers of the Congress, to attend in a balanced way all the priority issues such as health, education, development social, drainage works and hydraulic infrastructure, as well as strengthening the judiciary with more resources.

Ordaz Coppel made a surprising journey this morning in the construction of the new General Hospital of Culiacán, which is estimated to be in operation in the middle of next year and where more than 1,230 million pesos are invested, resources one hundred percent public and without resorting to public debt.

The General Hospital, which is built on the road to Imala, will offer hospital services for general surgery, traumatology, internal medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, infectology, gastroenterology and transplants, general surgery, neurosurgery, specialty consultation, laboratory service, X-rays , resonance, tomography, fluoroscopy, emergencies, pediatric and adult intermediate care, pediatric and adult intensive care .
