CAPTA Mazatlan, in coordination with the security forces and under the instructions of the Mayor, Chemist Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, provided his support services to Stephanie “N”, 30 years old, wife of the hospitalized tourist, providing the required guidance on the city and the corresponding customs and immigration procedures to facilitate its provisional stay in Mazatlan, and soon, there return to country of origin. The tourist is reported stable and is expected to be discharged today, September 18, 2019.

With the support of a mobile Tourist Transit unit to transfer it at all times, Stephanie was mobilized to the facilities of the Integral Port Administration to carry out the required procedures and request your luggage and disembarkation from the ship.

During all this mobilization, CAPTA Mazatlan staff facilitated the communication and translation of the English to Spanish language, between the different security and medical instances, which opportunely intervened in the attention to tourists.

In this way, and in coordination with its external collaborators, CAPTA Mazatlán continues to provide a personalized, efficient and expeditious service to all those tourists who visit our port.

With CAPTA Mazatlan you are never alone!
