Astrid Macías Fregoso, head of this agency, highlights that it is an area of easy access, where she continues to provide personalized attention to tourists
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Starting this week, the Tourist Attention and Protection Center (Capta) offers its services in its new headquarters, located on Venus Street number 1, between Mariano Escobedo and Ángel Flores, in the Historic Center, within the facilities of the old Military Hospital.
María Astrid Macías Fregoso, head of the agency, stressed that being in a tourist site, just where the Liverpool alley ends, it will be possible to continue giving personalized attention to tourists who are in the city.
Some of the attention that Capta provides is the guidance or support with respect to the services that they hired here, as well as accompaniment in the procedures that need to be initiated before the different instances of the three levels of government.
The hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday and that the available telephone line is 669 118 4256.
