Mazatlán’s attractions continue to strengthen its image as a dynamic destination capable of hosting national and international events that boost economic and tourism development, as well as promote positive community engagement, stated Ernesto Mellado Palafox.
The Director of Tourism for the Mazatlán Secretariat of Economic Development mentioned this Saturday, January 24, 2026, that proof of this is the celebration of the 11th anniversary of the Mazatlán Mustang Club, which is taking place in this destination from January 23 to 25.
“From the Municipal Government, we recognize the effort and dedication of those who make this exhibition possible year after year, and it is also held in an emblematic space like the lighthouse breakwater, reinforcing Mazatlán’s image as a vibrant, dynamic city with the capacity to host events of national and international scope,” he expressed.
The municipal official also highlighted that this event, which brought together representatives from more than 70 clubs across the country, helps to promote Mazatlán nationally. He reiterated the support of the Municipal Government, led by Mayor Estrella Palacios Domínguez, to continue promoting activities that foster economic and tourism development, as well as positive community engagement.
