“This, along with other developments also taking place in Sinaloa, places the state in a strategic position to continue growing,” he added.

The president of Codesin explained that the MLC joins other highly significant projects, such as logistics development in the airport area, the Tetakawi Industrial Park, and the Sinaloa Train, thus strengthening the region’s connectivity and transportation capacity.

“MLC will consolidate the image of a multipurpose Mazatlán, a city that has it all: it has a beach, a Historic Center, and it will also have growing industrial development, so I think that will be very, very important.”

He highlighted the participation of Grupo ARHE, led by businessman Juan José Arellano Hernández, in this project.

He noted that the investment will not only benefit the industrial sector but will have a positive impact on all of Mazatlán’s economic sectors.

“Everything that happens in Mazatlán is good, because we are living in important times,” he concluded.

With the arrival of the Mazatlán Logistics Center (MLC), the city is emerging as a strategic logistics hub in the country, combining industrial infrastructure, tourism development, and connectivity, elements that consolidate its economic growth and regional competitiveness.
