The Government of the State of Sinaloa, through the Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura (ISIC), will hold the Sinaloa 2025 Cultural Festival from October 4 to 26.
During 22 days of folklore gatherings in the state’s 20 municipalities, 300 activities will be held with the participation of 1,500 artists from 12 countries: Mexico, Cuba, Argentina, Chile, Poland, Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Peru, Taiwan, and Colombia.
The program includes visual arts, cultural heritage, artistic training, literature, music, theater, film, and dance.
Held annually, this major event is Governor Rubén Rocha Moya’s commitment to promoting culture in every corner of the state, strengthening the reconstruction of the social fabric through art, speech, and collective expression, while promoting the cultural appropriation of public spaces by disseminating the talent and history of the Sinaloan community.
This festival recognizes, encourages, and disseminates the work of local creators, helping to preserve the state’s cultural heritage and fostering ties with the invited entities and countries.
In addition, there are 86 musical events, 65 literary events, 45 theater events, 32 film events, 20 dance events, 20 educational activities, 12 visual arts events, 10 recognitions for Sinaloa creators, and 12 cultural heritage events.
This series of events will have a total investment of more than 12 million pesos and is part of a wide variety of initiatives designed to strengthen social empathy and a sense of community.
The full program will be available on the Institute’s social media channels.
