MAZATLAN.- You have already turned your bookcase or that of your nephew, son, brother, or friend… it is time to contribute to education because the Cosmos reading club invites you to donate a book with which it seeks to raise a total of 100 books to deliver to boys, girls, and young people.

The idea is that the new generations acquire the habit of reading, that they learn to love letters. The call indicates that the books can be of any literary genre, including youth novels, classics, and children’s books; what is collected will be distributed mainly in the unions of Teacapán, Isla del Bosque, Ojo de Agua, and La Concha.

The permanent donation campaign will have three collection or collection points, and it has to be by appointment in different places in the town.

It is expected that there will be a great response from society to help in the growth of Sinaloa education.

It is important to know that encyclopedias, books in poor condition or old, self-improvement texts, religion, or business will not be accepted.

The donation points will be from Monday to Saturday at Tortas El Parra, Carvajal, and Morelos, at two locations of Dulcería Don Juan, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The second point is at Librería Évora 204, Lomas del Mar neighborhood, two locations in the Sagrado Corazón parish, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The last point will be at Canaco Mazatlán, located on Miguel Alemán avenue, corner with Emilio Barragán, from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
