MAZATLAN. – One of the trends in the construction of apartments, condominiums and hotels, is undoubtedly the design, but also the technology, quality and service they offer to keep investors captive and in Mazatlan, this trend is already becoming a reality.
Juan José Arellano Hernández, president of the Board of Directors of Grupo ARHE, mentioned that the idea with the architectural design of the new towers is a watershed of the quality of clients that are sought for Mazatlan and that it not only grow in square meters.
“We ventured to be the first developers where I put a series of requirements to satisfy the clients and also a series of restrictions that guarantee our clients that security that all their facilities have the best conditions, it is a unique condominium regime in Mazatlán, which will be the differentiation”, he declared.
Arellano Hernández pointed out that Mazatlán is experiencing a time of transformation, which must go hand in hand with innovation, hence each of the group’s buildings has its own design and amenities, with plans, by 2030, to consolidate the “Pearl of the Pacific” and why not, move towards Culiacán and Los Mochis.
“This boom caters to something more of a higher level and of course, the investor who is coming from abroad is satisfied to see the investment that runs parallel to the infrastructure offered by the city, the municipality and the state that are aligned” , commented.
The businessman added that, as a group, they have little more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, innovating and being pioneers in betting on Mazatlán, with clients, mainly from the Northern Economic Corridor, such as Durango.

As well as unique designs in each of the buildings along the port, another of the trends that revolve around them is artificial intelligence, with buildings that are controlled automatically and systematically, seeking to optimize their efficiency.
It has connected systems, sensors everywhere, and which, depending on their characteristics, help save energy, promote sustainability and protect the environment, as well as improve the health and safety of its occupants.
For Juan José Arellano Hernández, Mazatlán must continue with this line and its buildings must now go hand in hand with these new technologies that are here to stay and to which it must be adapted to offer higher quality.
“Mazatlán is undergoing a transformation, I feel extremely satisfied to have sown a grain of sand and I consider that, every time a new project is being talked about, it is going to be trying to be at the forefront, go beyond the projects that are offering,” he said.
Stelarhe in time and form
The new project of condominium towers under construction, Stelarhe, added the businessman, has around 25 months of construction left, which are on schedule and within the commitments with investors, estimating that it will be completed in 22 months and that, within 12 to 15 months we will have at least the structure of the property.
