González Sánchez stated that the decibel meter must mark 68 decibels, so if someone exceeds that marker as soon as it is detected, they will be sanctioned without any excuse.

The state official also said that the ‘Safe Student’ operation continues with guards at the universities until 10:30 p.m. and until the doors of the university are closed and there is no student outside, that is when the elements are withdrawn. .
