Mazatlan remove sanitary filters from the Pino Suárez market

Although so far it has not been confirmed if it is already optional or mandatory, the use of face masks in public spaces in Mazatlán, apparently the first space that stopped doing it and in addition to removing the sanitary filters, was the Pino Suárez market, one of the most important and fluid in Mazatlan.

And it is that given the recent statements by the mayor of Mazatlán, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, where he supported the initiative of Governor Rubén Rocha Moya to remove the mandatory use of the face mask, apparently this would be the first step.

The more than 6 sanitary filters that were found when entering this market, completely disappeared, even though this area presented today an excessive flow of tourists and locals, who walked and enjoyed the place without any protection.

Could it be that this is the beginning of allowing the use of face masks in Mazatlan?
