Mazatlan’s FeliUAS 2022 returns stronger than ever, What is it?

The event will be held from March 25 to April 1 at the UAS Sports Center, check the schedule.

MAZATLAN. – After two years of absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Book Fair of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa returned more recharged than ever.

The opening protocol event was headed by the rector of the UAS, Jesús Madueña Molina, as well as Miguel Ángel Díaz Quintero, Vice-rector of the Southern Regional Unit, and Mario Iván Martinez, the famous Storyteller.

The 2022 edition of FeliUAS brings together more than 30 publishers present in Mazatlan, as well as dozens of authors who will present their works.

Madueña Molina said that she was grateful to the entire organizing committee for returning with this type of cultural event that greatly serves Sinaloa and all of Mexico.

“The University puts on a series of events for children, adults and to take advantage of this cultural space for all Sinaloans,” he said.

The rector commented that the FeliUAS had not been held for two years, and it is important to resume it, especially because of the cultural issue.

For his part, Miguel Ángel Díaz Quintero, Vice-Chancellor of the Southern Regional Unit, pointed out that this type of cultural event fulfills the training of children and young people.
