The Mayor, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres was clear in saying that without a vaccination certificate, you will not be able to enter the carnival zone, unless you present a covid test with a negative result.
In order to fully enjoy all the events of the Mazatlan International Carnival, it will be necessary to present your vaccination certificate as an essential requirement.
This was reported this Wednesday by the Institute of Culture through the official account of the International Carnival that starts tomorrow and will end on March 1.
