Mazatlan, Sinaloa. – The well-known raspados “I arrived with Isaías” located in front of the Cathedral and next to Plazuela República in downtown Mazatlan have a 60-year tradition and serve Mazatlecos, offering their delicious natural fruit raspados.

What began with Mr. Isaías Tiznado, father of Checo, with a hand cart in which he offered his product, continued with a motorcycle, to finally become the famous pulmonia that is today.

SCRAPPED CATHEDRAL

“This project began with the desire to combine the traditional with the typical, for me the traditional is scraping and the typical is our transport, which is pulmonia, two hundred percent Mazatlan things are combined,” said Checo.

“The project began with a truck type, but with the specifications of the measures it was too long and what was perfectly suited to the measures and the needs of our business was the pulmonia” he added.
