Many people came to the place without reservation, as the Institute of Culture constantly spread that admission would be free.
Few police elements are observed in the space, despite the risk of fights, since most of the people accumulate in the area of El Venadito, a space difficult to access if you arrive from the entrance of the Mazatleca Woman, since the stage prevents the passage leaving only a small corridor.
