The president of the AMPI stressed that the real estate boom will continue in the port for at least 10 more years
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- For next year, development in Mazatlán will continue, as there are around 24 towers in different areas of the city, revealed Roberto Arellano Osorio.
The president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals of Mazatlán commented that growth is expected to continue for about 10 more years, as the port continues with large investments.
” For next year we have a lot of development, we have talked with people from the municipality, where around 24 developments are coming, important projects in which that real estate boom that Mazatlan is going to be generating,” he said.
He stated that with the development that the destination registers, a range of investments opens, both local and foreign, mainly from the north, where most of the businessmen who bet on Mazatlán come from
Arellano Osorio added that as an association they work on training to provide better service to those who acquire real estate and also so that developments comply with all the regulations established by law.
He recalled that in 2020, despite the Covid pandemic, the real estate sector was not affected, because unlike in 2021, there was a rebound due to the large developments that exist, from Olas Altas, Avenida Del Mar, and even Cerritos.
” The growth in vertical housing is very important throughout Del Mar Avenue, the projects generate a new inventory for all of us who are dedicated to this real estate environment,” he concluded.
