Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Mayor Luis Guillermo Torres Benitez confirmed that the Tourist Care and Protection Center (CAPTA) will move to the former Military Hospital, which will house the facilities of the Ministry of Tourism state and other municipal buildings.

He indicated that he is already authorized to move, because, apart from CAPTA and the Ministry of Tourism, the Municipal Historical Archive and the Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art will be located there.

“There is going to be an artistic-cultural corridor until we reach the Plazuela de Los Leones because we want to detonate the entire Historic Center so that everything is not concentrated around the Plazuela Machado. We want to detonate everything precisely so that it is distributed everywhere and have another attractive place ”, explained the Municipal President.

He said that CAPTA is about to move in the next few days, but in the case of Culture, he estimated that for next year.
