Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- A monumental skull, which seems to emerge from the ground, was placed in one of the corridors of the well-known Gran Plaz shopping plaza in front of Cinépolis.

The visual artist Kleyna Sarabia is the creator of this installation called “Calavera Pedro Infante Monumental” as part of an exhibition alluding to the Day of the Dead.

The elaboration of this sculpture took a little over a month, beginning work on September 9 and ending on Thursday, October 14; It is two meters high and was made with the cardboard technique.

“Pedro Infante is one of the most famous artists in all of Mexico during the Golden Cinema era, he is from Mazatlan and is an icon from Sinaloa,” he said.
