Expo “Juguecon Culiacán” reactivated for collectors of all ages

Culiacán, Sinaloa.- This Saturday the 11th edition of the ” JugueCon Culiacán ” expo was held where young people and adults celebrate collecting with the sale, purchase and exchange of toys, comics, and video games.

The sample was held from three in the afternoon to eight at night under the Teófilo Noris bridge, next to the UAS   university stadium and on this occasion, the visits were reactivated since in April and previous samples there was very little influx, said the vendors who stressed that some editions were canceled and postponed due to the pandemic, before the call of the authorities to stay at home.

The young Kiara Domínguez came for the first time to sell the tissue toys made by her mother, Mrs. Adela Sandoval. 

He expressed that he found out about the expo through social networks and registered by phone 6672494672 because it is a free sample and even though he had few sales, he will return at the next expo that will be held in 15 days.

“It is the first time we participated and it was something, we made plans. My mother was delighted, my brothers and I helped her, there are three of us and among the four of us we come, as you can see it is a small position but with a lot of desire to participate and to return, we really liked this event, we did not have as many sales as we expected ” , he expressed.

Due to the pandemic, the samples were being canceled but the eighth edition was held on July 3 but this month, and in the face of Covid cases and the red traffic light, the ninth edition scheduled for Saturday 17 was postponed, which was held until Saturday, September 18. On October 2, the tenth edition could be held and this Saturday the 16th, the eleventh edition, so it is expected that the twelfth edition will be on Saturday, October 30, now that more buyers and collectors have shown up.

It is an exhibition carried out by citizens and for the support of family sustenance since young people come who sell their toys, video games, collection consoles at home, others who make art on cloth, embroidery or ceramics with sale of t-shirts and mugs decorated with characters from the comics.
