In the first days of October, sales compared to the previous year already begin to emerge in greater numbers, according to what was commented by a merchant in the central area of the port, which is where these types of items are mostly sold. .
“People are hardly buying, it’s still the beginning of the month, but last year almost nothing was sold, more than some accessories,” said Dalia, a costume seller.
The saleswoman said she has “more faith” in this season and it is that everything gives rise to the fact that as the month progresses and we are closer to these celebrations, sales in the sector will increase, becoming more and more attached to how they used to be before they happened. the pandemic.
