Little by little there has been an increase in the number of diners in the restaurants of the capital of Sinaloa

Culiacán, Sin.- The restaurant sector of the capital of Sinaloa begins to recover in the first week that Sinaloa went to the epidemiological green traffic light, with an increase of between 20 and 30 percent of an influx in the establishments, reported Miguel Taniyama Ceballos.

The leader of the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac), in Culiacán, commented that little by little there has been an increase in the number of diners in restaurants, which means a reactivation for the sector.

Taniyama Ceballos explained that the sales expectation for the weekends is an increase of 50-60 percent of what they have been handling.

He stressed that although the traffic light is green, the restaurateurs will continue to implement the sanitary protocols, with the mandatory use of face masks, sanitizer, and disinfection of the tables.

Following up on the economic reactivation, he added that in the autumn-winter season they expect an increase in sales, as it is one of the best seasons for the restaurant sector.
