He commented that once the new values are approved by the State Congress, they must be published in the Official Newspaper of the State of Sinaloa.
“Those who play a very important role are the appraisers, in this case here in Mazatlan there are four Colleges of Appraisers, they are the ones who carry the most important role, I tell them that they are the sharks; It also participates as the municipal government Income, the Treasury participates, it participates in the Mayor’s Office, Public Works, Planning, they are part of the Municipal Land Registry Board ”, he specified.
The councilor added that the proposal under review was sent by the Cadastral Institute of the State of Sinaloa, so it will be approved or modified based on the expert opinion carried out by the members of the Municipal Land Registry Board.
