The Mazatlan team seeks to toughen measures to avoid contagion during football matches

Mazatán FC wants to reinforce its sanitary measures in its home matches and for this reason, it has announced that to enter its stadium, it will ask its fans for several documents, including the certificate of vaccination against COVID-19.

Through a statement shared on social networks, Mazatlán reported that starting this Friday in the game they will hold against Rayados de Monterrey, there will be new guidelines for fans’ access to the Kraken stadium.

Among the new measures is asking people who wish to attend the game their vaccination certificate against COVID-19, the vaccination proof in case they only have one dose and/or a PCR or antigen test where they have been negative to COVID-19.

With this, the ‘mazatleco’ set seeks to guarantee the safety of the spectators inside the venue, where they must also comply with other rules such as the use of face masks, the constant application of antibacterial gel, and a healthy distance.

Sinaloa fell back a couple of weeks ago to a red light due to the increase in coronavirus infections and due to this situation, the ‘Gunmen’ also made the decision to take extreme measures without the need to close the doors of their stadium.

So far, Mazatlán FC has been on a perfect step in the Apertura 2021 with two victories in its first games and will try to maintain that good inertia when they face the Rayados this Friday, August 6 at the start of matchday 3.
