Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The result of an inspection operation by the Jumapam Commercial Management, this Monday the service of some projects in the construction process was suspended, for not having the feasibility of services issued by this institution, which constitutes a reason to suspend until complying with this procedure.
These are projects that had previously been suspended due to not having the feasibility process, but so far they have not come to regularize their situation before the para-municipal, that is, they are reluctant and or refuse to do so.
Engineer Luis Gerardo Núñez Gutiérrez, General Manager of Jumapam, commented that so far this year the Collection Directorate has made more than 200 inspection visits to projects on-site that have not completed their procedures with the institution and that some have even They connect illegally to the network, stealing water for their use, for which the service is suspended and they are called to regularize.
This activity will continue since Jumapam has detected several subdivisions, apartment towers, commercial premises, and other commercial projects that do not have their feasibility process or without payment of the budget, which will be visited in the next few days to regularize their situation.
According to data collected in the field, one of the projects visited this Monday is a warehouse on Avenida Manuel J. Clouthier, the construction was illegally taking water from an adjoining property, which complicates its situation before Jumapam, as well as that of the user who was supplying him with the vital liquid.
While another project is a subdivision located on Peche Rice Avenue, where throughout the year it has been visited several times by Jumapam personnel to urge it to order its operation, the suspension stamps have been placed, their managers have removed them and They have reconnected to continue work.
