Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Juan Torres, Federal Deputy elected by the Plurinominal Circumscription 1, publicly declared that the expansion of the establishment ‘El Muchacho Alegre’, in a maritime-terrestrial zone, is “causing them to be denounced and I took away the concession ”, due to the fact that the law is allegedly being violated in Semarnat by granting them the construction permit.
The establishment located in the area of Playa Norte, in Mazatlán, is violating the national property law, declared the federal deputy, since according to the law “10 meters into the ground there should be no private construction.”
“The risk for them is that they will be sanctioned, including taking away the concession that they have right now because they are violating the law of national property, it is very clear, it has just been ratified by the Senate this year again; where the waves arrive, still 10 meters inland, there should not be private construction and even though they are violating they want to expand, they are causing them to be denounced and the concession removed, ”he said, obviously annoyed.

“I’m going to tell you, with names, who is one of the majority shareholders of Muchacho Alegre; His last name is Velarde, and there behind him is Boucieguez, who was our president and is now Secretary of the Government. Boucieguez’s sister-in-law is this man’s aunt, so there is influence peddling and there could be a sanction against Boucieguez as well, ”he openly pointed out.
Because the establishment is located in a federally owned maritime-terrestrial zone, the entity in charge of authorizing the construction is the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources, SEMARNAT, which violated the law, said the deputy.
“Someone signed those concessions violating the law in Semarnat, not because it is the Federal Government is going to intimidate me, I am going to go to the last consequences and I will knock on the doors of all the Secretariats, even that of Santiago Nieto, which is the Unit of Financial Intelligence ”, he concluded.
