The area terminal is ready for the increase in flights and passengers
Mazatlan, Sinaloa. The International Airport “Rafael Buelna” Mazatlan, meets all sanitary measures for operation; assured the administrator, Víctor Vladimir Ramírez del Ángel.
He stressed that this paralysis due to the pandemic was used to carry out all the measures for international and national certification, to safely receive passengers and employees.
He explained that airports maintain international standards, and in the case of Mazatlan, it is not exempt from this, in that sense, they have been prepared from the first day of the health emergency with different procedures and actions to regain the trust of users, passengers, and collaborators, and to ensure that we comply with all sanitary measures.
The measures have been carried out with protocols that the federal government, through the Secretary of Tourism, has indicated as special measures for the transport service, and that range from signaling, healthy distance, protective panels for passenger care and collaborators.
He explained that they carry out cleaning in handrails, toilets, disinfection in each area where users are present, in that sense, they are ready and prepared to receive tourists with all the sanitary hygiene measures.
REACTIVATED VIVA AEROBUS FLIGHT MAZATLAN-TIJUANA
In recent weeks, the arrival of domestic flights to the airport has increased, last Thursday the airline Viva Aerobús reactivated the Mazatlan-Tijuana route, after being out of circulation for a couple of months due to the health emergency.
The route offers two flights a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, however, the company indicated that they will be adjusted over the days, depending on demand.
