With a total investment of 15 million pesos that will be contributed by the Mazatlán City Council and the State Government, next Wednesday April 15th, the rehabilitation of Avenida Gutiérrez Nájera will begin.
Through a statement, the mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres announced that the works will be carried out in the section located between Del Mar and Juan Carrasco avenues, which has a length of almost 445 meters.
The project includes the replacement of all the pavement with hydraulic concrete, public lighting, renovation of the drinking water and drainage networks, as well as the construction of a bike path, which will be added to the circuit built on Avenida del Mar.
This work is part of the actions carried out to beautify the port and which, with the rehabilitation of the Historic Center and Avenida Del Mar, are currently continuing on Rafael Buelna and Camarón Sábalo avenues.
