After fulfilling his dream of seeing the sea in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, little Jonathan died because of cancer he suffered, informed the Herta Fricke Michoacán Foundation, which supported the child.

On Facebook, the foundation lamented the death of the child, although they did not detail when it happened.

Jonathan’s story went viral after the crew of a Viva Aerobus flight He paid an emotional tribute when he flew to Mazatlan.

With a letter and in tears, the flight crew recognized the boy’s fight and handed him a half-wing and the badge of the four bars.

The boy participated in some campaigns of the foundation and after his death, social network users sent messages of support to Jonathan’s family.
