With the personal representation of Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel, the Secretary-General of Government, Gonzalo Gómez Flores, presided over the graduation ceremony of 345 elements of the State Institute of Criminal Sciences and Public Security (INECIPE), historical amount , since he had never graduated before that amount of cadets, to be part of the different public security corporations and prison custodians.

In his message to the graduates, who were accompanied by their families, the Secretary-General of Government first congratulated them and said that today the Government of Sinaloa reinforces its operational capacity to give citizens greater security.

Renato Ocampo Alcántar, Executive Secretary of the State Public Security System, said that in this year 2019 more than 500 police officers of different modalities have graduated, which have strengthened the state’s public security institutions.

During the graduation, which took place in the Hall 53, the graduates received the certificates that accredited their initial training, where they were developing specific skills to become agents trained security, to enforce the law with strict adherence to respect for human rights.

In his speech, the Director-General of INECIPE, Guillermo Schacht Chávez, commented that the police institution has a quality academic offer and of great relevance in the field of public safety, where in addition to training the new police officers it is the ideal space for permanent professionalization of the police corporations in the entity.
