Mazatlan, Sinaloa. AUG. 21, 2019.- A car literally fell into a sinkhole that opened suddenly in the midle of the street. The vehicle was circulating inside the Villa Verde Subdivision.
A gray Ford vehicle, ended up half buried in the cobblestone street, as the ground apparently softened and a huge sinkhole opened in front of it as it passing by, so far the name of the driver has not been provided, but fortunately the man was unharmed.
Residents of the area stated that the incident occurred around 6 in the morning on Wednesday August 21st, when a hole with a depth of approximately 1.5 meters suddenly appeared.
Police officers, with the assistance of a crane from the Ministry of Public Security, managed to get the vehicle out from the sinkhole, which has a diameter of approximately two meters.
