The Secretary of Public Works of Sinaloa, Osvaldo López Angulo, acknowledged that it is painful to see the physical state of the palms of the Malecón de Mazatlán, but that work, of the installation of the plants, is not the responsibility of the state.
He said that the planting was done with resources of the municipality and that’s why there was never a delivery-reception between the municipality and the state. “The remodeling in Mazatlan on behalf of the state has already been delivered by 90 percent; the Malecón did it the City Council and there is no delivery-reception, “he reiterated.
He said that the state government has always worked in coordination with the City of Mazatlan and there are works in the municipality that require maintenance, such as the installation of palm trees.
Lopez Angulo was in this morning in Mazatlan an act of delivery of public works by Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel.
