AMLO endorses Quirino support for Sinaloa infrastructure projects

Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel described as very productive the meeting he held on Wednesday morning with the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, who endorsed his support for the realization of large infrastructure projects road and products that will contribute to trigger more the economy of Sinaloa.

In an interview with the media at the end of the start of the State Temporary Employment program, Quirino Ordaz listed the projects and works that are insured thanks to the commitment of the Federal Executive, but also said that they addressed the issue of fisheries and agricultural sectors.

“We also saw the issue of the fishing sector, as I said here, of seeking more support for the sector and also for the agricultural sector,” he said.

The governor thanked the President of the Republic for all the attention and response he gave to the different efforts that Sinaloa has been doing to him.

“We were able to see the advances, on the one hand, the resources for the Santa María Dam will be released and the Picachos Dam will also be concretized,” he said.

López Obrador also confirmed that the San Ignacio-Tayoltita highway will be a fact, in which the state will also participate and assessed that “this (highway) is very important to change the economic dynamics of the entire area and the region of San Ignacio, in the mountains “.

Also, he added, they reviewed the project to change the Culiacán railway station, since the state already has a plot of land and talks with the directors of Ferromex, in which the President offered his support to this project, “we are already walking “

During this meeting held at the National Palace, Quirino Ordaz asked López Obrador to accelerate the construction of the Badiraguato highway to Guadalupe y Calvo, which goes to Parral, Chihuahua because it is strategic for the state.
