José Ramón Manguart Sánchez said that this message generated certainty in entrepreneurs since it opens the doors to investment

Mazatlan, Sin.- The hotel sector of Mazatlan has confidence in the federal government, before the message left by the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador in his visit to Los Mochis, that he works so that in Sinaloa have more rates low in the electric energy as in the fuel, said José Ramón Manguart Sánchez.

The president of the Association of Hotels and Motels Three Islands in Mazatlan said that the promise made by the federal president generated certainty in the businessmen who are interested in investing in the port, in order to keep his word this will improve the stability economic sector.

“It is a good advertisement, it is something that opens the door to investment, we are about to enter a level of competition that is important for Mazatlan, hopefully this can be maintained and can even be improved, because the commercial rate is very high “.

The businessman pointed out that since 2018 the operational expenses after the presidential elections increased 100 percent, a situation that has not been regularized so far, therefore, he trusts that if an improvement is achieved.

“Because suddenly those operating expenses, and it must be said, after the elections we had for president of the republic last year, the immediate month we had an increase of around 100 percent.”

Manguart Sanchez added that the regularization of condominiums and apartments is of great necessity since these offer the same lodging service without paying any kind of taxes and that in some way affects the sector, more now that the hot season is coming and that will generate greater use of electrical energy, therefore, more expense.
