Guasave, Sin.- There is resistance in the ejidos to regularize the land and so they don’t have to pay the urban property tax, acknowledged the delegate of the National Agrarian Registry in Sinaloa, José Guillén Rentería, who announced that next June 15 they will have to be delivered 5 thousand titles of property corresponding to 8 ejidos of this municipality of the 15 thousand that will be granted in a great event.
He said that the delay in the regularization of the land is broad given that it has been passed since 2014 while clarifying that the process will be free, this before the fear of many citizens who consider not having the ability to pay for a charge.
“There continues to be resistance on the part of many ejidos in question that is measured by the fear of the people to pay taxes, but we have the request of several ejidos, surely there will be much demand on those who have not delivered and about new requests, “he said.
Finally, he specified that the ejidal groups interested in regularizing should request the corresponding procedure before the RAN after a general assembly that approves it to send the documents to the center of the country, where the ejidos that will benefit are defined.
