Leonardo González, a real estate analyst at Propiedades.com, said that the retirement phase of people should have more support services than the rest of the stages of the real estate cycle, “the health infrastructure, diet, connectivity and leisure activities they are basic so that the retired ones exert a habitual use with high quality of life “.

The ranking of the real estate portal is headed by Oaxaca, ranked first by the number of hospitals, clinics, and geriatrics it houses, despite having a relatively high level of crime. In this city, the houses have an approximate value of 2.7 million pesos in sale and 15,000 pesos monthly in rent, and the apartments 1.47 million pesos in sale and 8,500 pesos monthly in rent.

The second place in the ranking is occupied by the Cuauhtémoc delegation, in Mexico City, which, despite registering the highest crime rate and the highest prices of real estate for sale and rent, has a large offer of clinics, hospitals, restaurants and coffee shops. In this area, the houses have a cost of 4.15 million pesos in sale and 45,000 pesos a month in rent, and the apartments cost 2.2 million in sale and 20,000 pesos monthly in rent.
