The ranking of the real estate portal is headed by Oaxaca, ranked first by the number of hospitals, clinics, and geriatrics it houses, despite having a relatively high level of crime. In this city, the houses have an approximate value of 2.7 million pesos in sale and 15,000 pesos monthly in rent, and the apartments 1.47 million pesos in sale and 8,500 pesos monthly in rent.
