This Sunday, April 19th, the Taco and Tostada Fair will take place in La Noria, an event that highlights the rich gastronomy, culture, and crafts of this emblematic artisan village in the municipality of Mazatlán.

Organized by the La Noria Citizens’ Committee, the fair will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the traditional Plazuela Miguel Hidalgo.

As part of the opening activities, the “Towns and Landscapes” Bike Ride will be held, organized by the Sinaloa Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Welfare and Sustainable Development, adding a tourist and recreational component that promotes rural destinations and strengthens the connection between visitors and communities.

This event seeks to strengthen rural and sports tourism, as well as promote local consumption and preserve the culinary traditions that have given the community its identity.

During the event, attendees can enjoy traditional tacos with authentic regional recipes, as well as tostadas prepared by local cooks; Regional crafts, reflecting the talent and cultural heritage of the town, and live band music create a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.

The Taco and Tostada Fair is part of the community strategies promoted by the La Noria Citizens’ Committee to consolidate the town as a gastronomic tourism destination, highlighting its history, landscapes, and people.

The “Towns and Landscapes” bike ride will bring together cyclists and visitors on a route that will depart from the Mazatlán Convention Center at 5:45 a.m., passing through emblematic locations in the rural area such as El Habal, El Espinal, and La Noria, connecting the sea with the rich cultural heritage of the surrounding countryside.

With an atmosphere full of color, tradition, and flavor, La Noria opens its doors for visitors to experience an authentic stay in one of the towns with the richest culture in southern Sinaloa.
