Cayenna Restaurant celebrated two decades of history with its 20 Years Fest, an event recognizing its legacy in Sinaloa’s gastronomy and its contribution to the state’s culinary development.
Since opening in 2006, the restaurant has established itself as a leading name in contemporary cuisine in Sinaloa.
Chef Luis Osuna Vidaurri explained that the project was born with the goal of offering high-quality culinary experiences and promoting local gastronomy nationally. Over the years, the restaurant has cultivated a menu that combines regional ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques.
“Twenty years of stories, twenty years of memories, twenty years of positive events, twenty years of resilience. We’ve been up and down, twenty years of experience, and twenty years of creating experiences for our clients and friends. We are very happy that Cayenna is the benchmark, the leading restaurant in Sinaloa. It’s among the 250 best restaurants in Mexico, recognized nationally and internationally, and above all, it’s a Sinaloan restaurant,” he shared.
With the growth of the project, new gastronomic initiatives emerged, such as Cayenna Bar, Chef en Casa, and Cayenna Banquetes. These ventures aim to bring the culinary experience to different spaces and expand the brand’s presence both within and beyond Sinaloa.
The festival brought together various personalities from the national culinary scene, including chefs Alex Ruiz, Ángel Vázquez, Federico López, Carlos Valdez, Julián Portugal, Ricardo Torres, Elizabeth Félix, and Lizbeth Flores, who participated in this gastronomic celebration.
