Mazatlan Sin. The Mazatlan-Tepic toll road at kilometer 183 is closed to traffic because a cargo truck was set on fire, reported the Secretary of Public Security of Sinaloa.
The agency said that this afternoon, they received a report to 911 that there was a truck on fire that was obstructing traffic, so the authorities are on the scene to put out the fire and restore the road.
The SSP asked vehicle drivers to heed the instructions given by personnel of the corporations. Fire personnel are working in the area to free her as soon as possible.
According to unofficial information, a group of armed civilians threatened the driver and forced him to cross the cargo truck over the two lanes, and after setting it on fire, they fled.
The fire prevented the vehicles from moving forward, being stranded on the road.
