The arrest of 35-year-old Pablo Erick took place at 7:25 p.m. at the intersection of Villagrán and José María Bocanegra streets in the Industrial neighborhood.

When stopped in his vehicle, the suspect became violent and resisted a search. During the altercation, he hurled insults and pushed a female officer, knocking her to the ground in an attempt to get back into his car.

However, the officers managed to subdue him and proceed with his arrest.

The vehicle seized is a Nissan Versa with license plate RXS-293-A, which was identified as the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run that occurred earlier that morning in the Del Prado neighborhood.

She sustained a blow to the back of her head, reported neck pain, and experienced a nosebleed.

The incident occurred shortly before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Eucalipto and Palmeras streets in Monterrey.

The couple was traveling in a Nissan Versa. While they were arguing, Pablo Erick stopped the vehicle and forced Karen to get out. She became angry and began insulting him, at which point she was run over.

The suspect is currently being held at the police station under the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, while the vehicle remains impounded pending further legal proceedings.
