The alleged capture of El Chapo’s son is reported in Sinaloa

The alleged capture of Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar in Sinaloa is reported, DEA offered 10 million US dollars for his head.

The United States Department of State indicates that Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar shares leadership with his brother Jesús Alfredo within the Sinaloa Cartel and fentanyl trafficking operations.

Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar was born on August 15, 1983, in Culiacán, Sinaloa, son of the first wife of “El Chapo”, María Alejandrina Salazar Hernández.

Amid clashes between elements of the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena) and armed civilians in Culiacán and nearby towns, Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar, leader of Los Chapitos, was reportedly captured.

The information is unofficial and the capture has not been confirmed, however, it is known that DEA officials have carried out all the investigative work for the capture of another son of Chapo Guzmán.

The affected areas of the city of Culiacan include the Humaya sector and the old boardwalk, in front of the Puente Negro.

Sinaloa authorities issued an urgent alert to the population to avoid circulating in these areas due to the risk of accidents.

One of the most serious incidents occurred when a military ambulance was hit by these metal devices near the town of Limón de Los Ramos, which caused its tires to be punctured.

The situation in Culiacán continues to be tense, with the authorities closely monitoring the events and taking measures to protect the citizens.
