The carnivals in Mexico attract national and foreign tourists for their great diversity, color and party. One of the most outstanding is the one that takes place in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Here we detail when the 126th edition will take place.
During these days of celebration that has the Sinaloa beach as a backdrop, floats parade, there is a presentation of various musical groups, as well as the queen and king of joy are chosen.
When is the carnival?
The theme of the International Carnaval Mazatlán 2024 will be Baroque Eclipse and it will take place from February 8 to 13.
What is the 2024 program?
On Thursday, January 8, the coronation of the king of joy will take place and Julión Álvarez and Alfredo Olivas will perform at the Teodoro Mariscal Stadium at 7:30 p.m.
On February 9, Fernando de la Mora, Ely Guerra and Camerata Mazatlán and Mariachi will perform.
At the coronation of the carnival queen, Emmanuel and Alexander Acha will perform at the Teodoro Mariscal Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 10.
On February 12, the group Piso 21 will be livening up the coronation of the children’s queen and that same day the Original Banda El Limón will perform at 10:00 p.m. in Olas Altas of the city.
